Who We Are

I’ve been a go-getter all my life. Being Born in Minsk, Belarus and coming over to the US at a young age has provided me with some very unique experiences and opportunities. I come from an athletic background playing basketball competitively all my life, the height of which culminated in playing for the national team of Belarus. My vision for Quantum Growth blossomed from the extraordinary gap I saw in the market during my time in the contracting/HVAC space.

Understanding the importance of marketing in today's digital world I was shocked at the lack of quality options that had a proven track record within the HVAC industry. I kept searching and just like every other HVAC business owner felt what it was like to be burned by an agency that sold me a dream. That moment was the fuel that kickstarted Quantum Growth into becoming a reality.

I saw an opportunity to provide a service better than anyone else in the industry while maintaining honesty and integrity and luckily I knew the perfect person to help me. I contacted my close friend Erik and we hit the ground running. Now we let the work speak for itself as the formula we came up with did exactly what I thought it would… changed the game.
